Election Board Members

By order of Chief Justice William Frank Cadoree in accordance with S.G.C Title VIII, Chapter 300, Article I, Section 3, authorizing the Supreme Court to assume the Original Jurisdiction and Minimum Administrative Duties of the Election Board, due to nominations of the Election Board not being submitted by the deadline in accordance with S.G.C Title VIII, Chapter 300, Article II, Section 1. The Supreme Court will continue to assume the role of the Election Board until members of the Board are duly nominated and confirmed.

Election Code Interpretation or Advisory Opinion Request

If you have any questions about the Election Code, Operating Memorandum, or other election related rules and regulations. You cannot submit a request if you are seeking a remedy for a violation of the Election rules. This request can only be made if you have a question on unclear parts of the Election Code.
