Supreme Court Justices
Chief Justice: William Frank Cadoree
William Frank Cadoree was appointed by former President Cory Benbow. He is currently a Graduate Student pursuing a Master of Arts in Legal Studies. William has served on the Supreme Court for two years, one year in the Associate Justice role and his second year as Chief Justice. Along with serving the students of Texas State in his role as Chief Justice, William also serves on the Student Conduct Board and the Honor Code Council. As Chief Justice, William will continue to ensure the experience and leadership of the Court through the navigation of the Constitution.
Associate Justice: Valerie Wosnig
Valerie Wosnig was appointed by former President Corey Benbow in Spring of 2020. She is currently a Sophomore with a Political Science major and a Minor in Spanish. Valerie was the former Supreme Court Clerk and a member of the Freshman Council. She participates in numerous volunteer activities around campus and intends to serve the Texas State community to her fullest abilities.
Associate Justice: Charles Guilhas
Charles Guilhas was appointed by President Catching Valentinis-Dee in the Fall of 2020. He is a Junior majoring in Finance. In addition to serving the students of Texas State, Charles is an active member of Alpha Sigma Phi and Wisdom Factory. He intends to work with duty and humility for Texas State.
Associate Justice: Alexia Malcom
Alexia Malcom was appointed by President Catching Valentinis-Dee in the Fall of 2020. Alexia is a sophomore at Texas State University pursing a major in Political Science and a minor in Honor Studies. As someone who is passionate about all things government, she served as Judicial Advocate General now known as Chief Public Counsel. She is committed to using her own voice and informing others how they can use theirs. Alexia looks forward to engaging her peers and school community in the election process as a CEEP fellow.
